  8. Now remove ice from the bowl.

  9. Now add maida in it and mix well with milk (mix maida in small small portion).

  10. Now beat it 2 to 3 minutes add water in it.

  11. Add lemon juice.

  12. Make a flowing consistency of batter without any lumps.

  13. Now heat ghee in a small pot.

  14. With the help of teaspoon slowly pour a batter in a hot ghee.

  15. Again do the same pour 6 to 7 spoon batter.

  16. After pouring each spoon make a hole with the help of knife.

  17. Now let them cooked till golden brown colour.

  18. Now remove it from the pot and place it on a plate for removing extra ghee.

  19. Now pour sugar syrup on the ghevar with the help of spoon.

  20. Put rabdi on it and garnish with some pistachio & almond.

  21. Serve hot as well as cold.
