  4. Now again in a thick pan, add one cup sugar and half cup water. Boil it till you get one string consistency syrup. Be careful as one string consistency is very important. Meantime add cocoa powder to the roasted maida and mix well..

Add this cocoa and maida mix to the sugar syrup and mix well without any lumps.Now on low flame keep on stirring constantly until the mixture gets thick.This time I have removed little earlier so that upper layer will be little soft.   7. After about 25 to 30 minutes it will get warm. Then you can cut the pieces as per your choice small or medium sized..
